Yes. PT Lite is a secure networked database. This means that all of the people in your company with access to PT Lite will have access to the same project and contact information. Each participant can edit or add to the project and contact information, and the changes will be immediately visible to all. Your people can also add attachments to projects such as plans and specs, quotes, job photos, documents, etc. PT Lite becomes your electronic filing cabinet, the one place where all of your people can access all project and contact information.

Is my company's data secure?

Absolutely! Each PT Lite customer has it’s own secure PT Lite database. Each database is backed up regularly, and backup tapes are stored off site.

What does PT Lite cost?

PT Lite is a subscription-based service. Customers are invoiced according to the number of "seats" or participants they have, just like the way many lead sources charge. Customers pay "Per person, per month." The cost of a seat varies depending on your company's needs, and volume discounts can apply. Does a PT Lite subscription include the cost of my lead source data?

No. PT Lite is a stand alone, third-party product, and does not include the cost of your lead source data.

Do I have software to install and maintain?

No. PT Lite is a web-based application, which means that you access the software over the internet. There is no software for you to install or maintain, so PT Lite is no burden to your tech staff or computers.
